Our Work
Our work is rooted in embodied learning—where athletes engage with biblical truth and spiritual practices, allowing them to do the deep inner work necessary to integrate their whole lives.
Teaching & Curriculum
Curriculum & Catechesis: We develop a robust, scalable curriculum that teaches athletes the principles of soul care through structured learning (including teachings, guided discussions, and reflective practices). Using our Healthy Soul Framework, our curriculum weaves in biblical truth, spiritual disciplines, and life-enriching catechesis to answer the essential questions: Who are we? How do we live? What does it mean to be whole?
Content Creation: Through podcasts, workbooks, and multimedia resources, we share stories and practices that help athletes integrate rest, responsibility, restraint, and relationships into their lives. Our content is designed not only for individual growth but also as a resource for coaches, chaplains, and mentors.
Coaching
Team & Individual Coaching: We work alongside teams and coaches as dedicated soul coaches—helping athletes develop that “part of their body that doesn’t get the real work done.” This includes one-on-one sessions, small-group “bands” of peer support, and targeted intensives that address transitional challenges such as injuries, performance slumps, or life changes.
Scaling Through Partnerships: By collaborating with existing sports chaplaincy networks and training coaches, we create a replicable model that teams, coaches, and even non-profit organizations can adopt as part of their athlete development programs.
Experiences
Experiences: We design five-star retreats, off-site intensives, and mission experiences where athletes can practice spiritual disciplines (prayer, fasting, meditation, solitude, serving, generosity, sabbath) in settings that encourage deep personal reflection.
The Healthy Soul Framework
At the heart of our work lies the belief that a healthy soul is the foundation for holistic well-being.
Our framework includes programs and practices to develop four key areas:
-
Rest
Embracing both physical and spiritual rest—even when forced (as with injuries)—to allow hidden strengths and insights to emerge.
-
Responsibility
Encouraging athletes to own their personal and professional lives with integrity and accountability.
-
Restraint
Cultivating self-discipline and moral boundaries that enhance focus and performance.
-
Relationships
Building deep, supportive bonds that enrich an athlete’s life on and off the field.
Pastoral & Spiritual Support for Athletes
In addition to teaching, curriculum development, and coaching, we provide essential soul care services to support athletes and teams throughout every stage of life. These include:
Spiritual & Pastoral Care: Chapel services, biblical counseling, prayer sessions, and retreats.
Life & Crisis Support: Injury counseling, premarital counseling, weddings, and funeral ceremonies.
Spiritual Practices: Prayer, fasting, generosity, silence & solitude, and scripture study.
Community Impact: Mission trips, faith outreach events, and service opportunities.
These services ensure athletes receive holistic care, helping them navigate both the demands of competition and the deeper challenges of life.
